Amy
Office Manager
Amy was born and raised in New Iberia and has been in the dental field for over 18 years. She has completed many continuing education classes to keep up with patient interaction/relations and the latest dental and orthodontic technology. Amy loves to see our patients’ newfound confidence and appreciation once treatment is complete. She also enjoys getting to know new people and creating friendships. Amy is here for all of our patients to establish payment plans, welcome patients to our office, and answer any questions a patient may have about their account. She takes pride in making this process as easy as possible and making sure every patient and their families have an enjoyable, comfortable experience at our office. Amy spends most of her spare time with her family & friends. She enjoys being in the sun, anything outdoors, and living a healthy lifestyle by staying active. Traveling and exploring new places is her newfound love.
Mallori
Treatment Coordinator
Mallori, our Treatment Coordinator is from Jeanerette Louisiana, who currently lives in New Iberia. She graduated from high school in 2011 and furthered her education at South Louisiana Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business. She is Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certified and has attended many continuing educational conferences. Mallori was the very first assistant to be hired here at Feldman Orthodontics and then transitioned to treatment coordinator. She truly loves interacting with each patient, getting to know them and making sure every patient feels at home when they are here. She believes a beautiful smile makes such a big difference on how a person feels. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Brock, son Harrison and daughter Rosie, working out, shopping and traveling to the beach.
Tali
Orthodontic Assistant
Tali was born and raised in New Iberia, LA. She graduated in 2012 from New Iberia Senior High School. After high school she went on to Academy of Acadiana where she finished in the dental and orthodontic program. She is now certified as an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant). Tali says having braces a few years back and improving her smile is what made her want to be in the dental field. Knowing she can help others be more confident in their smile makes her happy! On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and 3 beautiful baby boys.
Brittany
Orthodontic Assistant
Brittany, our Lab Technician, was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She is a 2015 graduate of New Iberia Senior High. After high school, Brittany attended Academy of Acadiana for Dental and Orthodontic Assistant. She loves working with patients and seeing their transformations throughout treatment. Seeing the confidence in our patients after getting their braces off always brings a smile to her face! In her free time, Brittany enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends. She is recently married and serves as a youth pastor alongside her husband. Brittany is also a board member for the Scott Boudin Festival, where she enjoys serving and giving back to the community she proudly calls her second home.
McKinley
Receptionist
McKinley was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She graduated from New Iberia Senior High in 2015. McKinley is in charge of not only reception duties but also all of our social media/marketing. Her creativity shines here, and she loves every bit of it. As one of the first faces you see when you walk through the door, she's more than willing to answer any of your questions and help with any of your concerns. Her sweet babies Hayes & Millie are the greatest joy of her life, along with her wonderful husband Christopher. Whenever she is not scheduling your appointments or answering your calls at the office, you can find her spending a lot of her free time hanging out with her family and friends, or being crafty at home!
Katelynn
Orthodontic Assistant
Katelynn LeBourgeois was born and raised in Franklin, La. She graduated from high school in 2011. She furthered her education at SLCC, where she received an Associate's Degree in Business. Katelynn is a former patient of ours and is now rocking a Feldman Ortho smile! I guess you could say we were her "inspiration" to fulfill a career in the dental field. She went to the Academy of Acadiana and soon became an Orthodontic Assistant! Katelynn is now EDDA certified and loves to help perfect and create beautiful smiles! In her free time, she loves sipping on coffee, watching Disney movies, and spending her weekends at the baseball field with her son Hudson! We are so excited to have Katelynn as a part of the Feldman Orthodontic Family!
Shaye
Orthodontic Assistant
Shaye, our Clinical Assistant, was born and raised in New Iberia and is a proud graduate of New Iberia Senior High. She went on to become a certified EDDA. When she's not in the office, Shaye enjoys spending time with her daughter, Blakely, and her significant other, making memories with family and friends and staying active. One of Shaye's favorite things about working here is the family atmosphere. She loves being part of a team that treats everyone like family and takes pride in helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles.
Krysta
Receptionist
Originally from Millville, New Jersey, Krysta relocated to Youngsville, Louisiana, in 2013 and has proudly called it home ever since. Krysta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling, which have provided her with a strong foundation for connecting with and supporting others.
Krysta joined the Feldman Orthodontics team in 2016. She thrives in the fast-paced, energetic environment. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is building relationships with patients and their families and helping create a positive experience throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside of work, Krysta enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running. Krysta is also actively involved in her children’s school activities and sports, which keeps her connected to the community and the things that matter most to her.
Katelyn
Orthodontic Assistant
Katelyn began assisting in February 2018 and has enjoyed helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. In her free time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their two children, Connor and Kollyns, as well as making memories with family and friends.
Karmen
Treatment Coordinator
Karmen was born and raised in Morgan City, Louisiana. After she graduated high school in 2009, she attended The Academy of Acadiana where she studied Dental and Orthodontic assisting. Since then, she has worked over 15 years in the dental field. Over these years, she has been a clinical assistant, treatment coordinator, receptionist and insurance coordinator. She is also EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) certified. Karmen loves helping patients get started on their journey to a new smile. She also enjoys working in whatever roll the office needs, which makes her a valuable asset to the team. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, Aaron, and two children, Ofelia and Crosby.
Jen
Orthodontic Assistant
Jennifer, our orthodontic assistant, was born and raised in Franklin, Louisiana. She attended Hanson Memorial High School and graduated in 2003. Jen then became a certified EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) and worked in the dental field for 5 years. After a few years in the dental field, she grew an interest in animals and worked at a veterinarian's office for 14 years. After her time at the veterinarian's office, her love for dental care was still there, and she joined our team in May of 2020 and has been here since. Jen loves interacting with our patients and makes sure each patient leaves with a smile! In Jen’s free time, she enjoys Cross Fit, hanging out with her husband, Miles, and her sweet babies, Evelyn & Asher. Jen is very special to our team and is always motivating us in positive ways!
Madeleine
Orthodontic Assistant
Madeleine was born and raised in New Iberia! She is a 2018 graduate of Catholic High School. When not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends! Her favorite part about working here is being surrounded by an amazing and fun team of coworkers! Madeleine is funny, bold, and great at her job. She loves what she does and is amazing with our patients.
Cady
Receptionist
Cady is our front receptionist who is from Centerville, who currently lives in Youngsville, Louisiana.
She graduated high school in 2011 and furthered her education at South Louisiana Community College with an associate's degree in business. She has been in the Dental field for over 10 years with lots of continued education training over the years. Cady is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you walk through the door. She will greet you with a fun bubbly personality to help get excited about starting your journey to a new smile! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Lance and three children, Lyla, Elliot and Theodore.
Oliviah
Clinical Assitant
Oliviah is a Clinical Assistant who joined our team in October 2023. She graduated from Erath High School in 2021 and is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to patients each day. Outside of work, Oliviah enjoys spending time with her daughter, Emmi. She is proud to be part of a team that is committed to helping others and making confident smiles!
