Amy
Office Manager
Amy was born and raised in New Iberia and has been in the dental field for over 18 years. She has completed many continuing education classes to keep up with patient interaction/relations and the latest dental and orthodontic technology. Amy loves to see our patients’ newfound confidence and appreciation once treatment is complete. She also enjoys getting to know new people and creating friendships.Amy is here for all of our patients to establish payment plans, welcome patients to our office, and answer any questions a patient may have about their account. She takes pride in making this process as easy as possible and making sure every patient and their families have an enjoyable, comfortable experience at our office. Amy spends most of her spare time with her family & friends. She enjoys being in the sun, anything outdoors, and living a healthy lifestyle by staying active. Traveling and exploring new places is her newfound love.
Mallori
Treatment Coordinator
Mallori, our Treatment Coordinator, is from Jeanerette, Louisiana, and currently lives in New Iberia. She graduated from high school in 2011 and furthered her education at South Louisiana Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business. She is an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certified and has attended many continuing educational conferences. Mallori was the very first assistant to be hired here at Feldman Orthodontics and then transitioned to treatment coordinator.She truly loves interacting with each patient, getting to know them, and making sure every patient feels at home when they are here. She believes a beautiful smile makes such a big difference to how a person feels. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brock, and her son, Harrison Wes. She also enjoys riding in the boat, traveling to the beach to visit her nieces, and shopping.
Tali
Orthodontic Assistant
Tali was born and raised in New Iberia, LA. She graduated in 2012 from New Iberia Senior High School. After high school, she went on to the Academy of Acadiana, where she finished in the dental and orthodontic program. She is now certified as an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant). Tali says having braces a few years back and improving her smile is what made her want to be in the dental field. Knowing she can help others be more confident in their smile makes her happy! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her baby boys, hanging out with her family, and watching Netflix.
Brittany
Orthodontic Assistant
Brittany, our Orthodontic Assistant, was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She is a 2015 graduate of New Iberia Senior High. After high school, Brittany attended the Academy of Acadiana for Dental and Orthodontic Assistant. She is not only an outstanding assistant and lab tech, but a great person overall. She spends her off time with her family and friends and loves to bake! She loves working with patients and seeing their transformations throughout treatment. Seeing the confidence in our patients after getting their braces off always brings a smile to her face!
McKinley
Receptionist
McKinley was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She graduated from New Iberia Senior High in 2015. McKinley is in charge of not only reception duties but also all of our social media/marketing. Her creativity shines here, and she loves every bit of it. As one of the first faces you see when you walk through the door, she's more than willing to answer any of your questions and help with any of your concerns. Her sweet little boy Hayes made her a mommy in 2020, and it was the happiest day of her life! Whenever she is not scheduling your appointments or answering your calls at the office, you can find her spending a lot of her free time hanging out with her family and friends, or being crafty at home!
Katelynn
Orthodontic Assistant
Katelynn LeBourgeois was born and raised in Franklin, La. She graduated from high school in 2011. She furthered her education at SLCC, where she received an Associate's Degree in Business. Katelynn is a former patient of ours and is now rocking a Feldman Ortho smile! I guess you could say we were her "inspiration" to fulfill a career in the dental field. She went to the Academy of Acadiana and soon became an Orthodontic Assistant! Katelynn is now EDDA certified and loves to help perfect and create beautiful smiles! In her free time, she loves sipping on coffee, watching Disney movies, and being outdoors with her son Hudson and her beautiful Aussie dogs, Coast and Moose! We are so excited to have Katelynn as a part of the Feldman Orthodontic Family!
Shaye
Orthodontic Assistant
Shaye, our Clinical Assistant, was born and raised in New Iberia. A graduate from New Iberia Senior High, she then went on to become a certified EDDA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her little girl, Blakely. She also enjoys working out and spending time with people who make her laugh! Shaye's favorite thing about working here is that everyone is family, whether you are a team member or patient! We love seeing everyone smile!
Krysta
Receptionist
Krysta is originally from Millville, New Jersey, and moved to the Youngsville area in 2013. Krysta has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, but is taking time away from the mental health field to learn all she can about the orthodontic world! Krysta loves working in a busy office environment and meeting all patients and their families. Krysta enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Feldman, their two beautiful kids, and their energetic puppies, Breezy & Sophie. Krysta loves practicing yoga, traveling (especially to places she's never been before), and visiting her family and friends in NJ.
Katelyn
Orthodontic Assistant
Katelyn was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She graduated from New Iberia Senior High in 2015. Once she graduated, she attended AOA, where she received her certification for dental & orthodontic assistant. Katelyn also has her EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) certification. She started working as an orthodontic assistant in February of 2017 and has loved it ever since. Seeing our patients' transformations and confidence boosts from their new smiles is her favorite part of working at Feldman Orthodontics. In Katelyn's free time, she loves to hang out with her husband, Christopher, and kids, Connor & Kollyns, shopping, and watching bloggers on Instagram. We are so lucky to have Katelyn as a part of our Feldman family!
Karmen
Treatment Coordinator
Karmen was born and raised in Morgan City, Louisiana. After she graduated from high school in 2009, she attended the Academy of Acadiana, where she studied dental and orthodontic assisting. Since then, she has worked for over 10 years in the dental field. Over these years, she has been a clinical assistant, treatment coordinator, receptionist, and insurance coordinator. She is also EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) certified. Karmen loves helping patients get started on their journey to a new smile. She also enjoys working in whatever role the office needs, which makes her a valuable asset to the team. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, Aaron, and two children, Ofelia and Crosby.
Jen
Orthodontic Assistant
Jennifer, our orthodontic assistant, was born and raised in Franklin, Louisiana. She attended Hanson Memorial High School and graduated in 2003. Jen then became a certified EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) and worked in the dental field for 5 years. After a few years in the dental field, she grew an interest in animals and worked at a veterinarian's office for 14 years. After her time at the veterinarian's office, her love for dental care was still there, and she joined our team in May of 2020 and has been here since. Jen loves interacting with our patients and makes sure each patient leaves with a smile! In Jen’s free time, she enjoys CrossFit, hanging out with her husband, Miles, and her sweet baby girl, Evelyn. Jen is very special to our team and is always motivating us in positive ways!
Mindi
Sterilization Tech
Mindi was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana. She graduated as valedictorian of the 2022 Loreauville class. Now she is majoring in finance at ULL.She has a huge passion for dancing, and she hopes to continue dancing as well as teaching future generations of kids. She is our part-time sterilization tech and is always on her A-Game! We love having her as part of our team.
Madeleine
Orthodontic Assistant
Madeleine was born and raised in New Iberia! She is a 2018 graduate of Catholic High School. When not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends!Her favorite part about working here is being surrounded by an amazing and fun team of coworkers! Madeleine is funny, bold, and great at her job. She loves what she does and is amazing with our patients.
Cady
Receptionist
Cady, our front receptionist, is from Centerville and currently lives in Youngsville, Louisiana.
She graduated from high school in 2011 and furthered her education at South Louisiana Community College with an associate's degree in business. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and has lots of continued education training over the years. Cady is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you walk through the door. She will greet you with a fun, bubbly personality to help get you excited about starting your journey to a new smile! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, Lance, and two children, Lyla and Elliot, and her fur babies, Archie & Luna.
